What size companies do you typically work with?
We work with a wide range of clients — from regional businesses with $50K annual advertising budgets to multi-location enterprises spending $5M or more per year. What matters most is whether there’s a clear goal, a realistic budget to achieve it, and a client team that values transparency and collaboration.
How long does it take to get a campaign live?
For digital campaigns using existing creative assets, we can be fully live within 48–72 hours of a signed agreement. For campaigns that require new creative production, the timeline is typically 3–6 weeks depending on asset complexity. For broadcast TV campaigns, we build in 4–8 weeks for production and trafficking.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Our standard retainer agreements are structured as 3-month initial terms with month-to-month continuation thereafter. We believe a client should stay because the work is producing results — not because a contract forces them to.
How do you charge for your services?
We charge a monthly management fee for strategy, planning, and execution — billed separately from media spend, which passes through at net. We do not take undisclosed commissions or markups on media. You see exactly what every placement costs and exactly what our fee is.
What does reporting look like? How often will we communicate?
All clients receive access to a custom real-time reporting dashboard that shows live campaign performance across every active channel. You receive a formal monthly performance report with plain-language analysis, key wins, areas of concern, and specific recommendations for the next period.
Do you work with clients outside of Atlanta?
Yes — while Atlanta is our home and the Southeast is our primary market, we manage campaigns nationwide. Approximately 30% of our active clients are headquartered outside Georgia. For clients who prefer face-to-face strategy sessions, we’re happy to travel for quarterly business reviews.
